6 Forrest Yoga classes (2 to 2-1/2 hours long) throughout the retreat with intention setting and the opportunity to learn advanced poses
Opening ceremony and closing chakra meditation ceremony
Mexican-style accommodations at Tule Casitas (room shared with 1 other person and bathroom shared with 1-2 other people)
Nutritious chef-prepared vegan meals (daily light breakfasts, daily lunches, and dinners except for Saturday and Sunday nights)
Coffee and tea in the mornings and unlimited filtered water
Free time every evening to relax and unwind or explore Los Cabos with new friends!

ABOUT THE RETREAT CENTERTula Casitas
Tule Casitas is a beautiful acre-large private property with two pools, plenty of outdoor space, and beautiful gardens. The casitas are complete with air conditioning in every bedroom and incredible views of Chileno Bay.
At Tule Casitas we are a 10-minute walk from the beach and 25 minutes via car to Los Cabos Airport.
Important Things to Know
Our group will be limited to only 6-8 people to keep the experience intimate and special. I do expect spots to sell out quickly so I encourage you to book as soon as possible.
All levels are welcome. You do not need to be an ‘advanced yogi’; you simply need the desire to practice and take time for you! If you have a medical challenge that you think may impact your ability to participate, please let us know.
We can accommodate for most dietary needs. There will be a chance to make dietary requests for our shared meals before the retreat begins.
We will have two lovely pools available which you're welcome to use anytime you'd like throughout the retreat.
You should book your flights to plan to arrive at the Los Cabos (SJD) airport on March 8 in the afternoon and plan to depart on March 12 in the afternoon.
While there is cell phone service throughout the property and wifi in the central area and kitchen, we encourage for you to refrain from work and other obligations as much as you can during your time here so you can make the most of it.
We suggest that you refrain from drinking alcohol or consuming other substances during the retreat. This is to give you a chance to take in all the good medicine of yoga without the interference of other substances. If you do choose to drink alcohol please only do so in extreme moderation (i.e. something like one drink with your off-site dinner) and do not bring alcohol onto our retreat property.
